Our Policies


All of our policies are in place to ensure that you have the best LING experience with us. Booking an appointment with us signifies that you understand and are willing to adhere to these policies. Please read through our policies thoroughly as they are prone to changes.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the high volume of appointments that we receive, we strictly enforce a 24-hour Cancellation Policy as well as a No Show Policy. We request a credit card on file in order to reserve an appointment, and cancellations within 24-hours before the appointment and No Show appointments will result in an automatic $150 charge that can not be redeemable for credit. Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep, reschedule or cancel your appointment.


Deposit Policy

In order to hold your appointment, we require a $50 deposit that will be charged with the card on file. There are no refunds for deposits, and in case of early cancellations (before 24-hours of appointment), deposits will remain on file and can be used towards a future appointment for up to one year. In the case of late cancellations (within 24-hours) and No Show appointments, deposits will be lost with an additional $100 charge for cancellation fee (read above).


Sick Policy

In the case that you feel sick or suspect that you may have contracted Covid-19, we ask that you please call and reschedule/cancel your appointment and stay home. We reserve the right to ask for medical proof if need be. Deposits will be remained on file for your future appointment (see above).
