All of our policies are in place to ensure that you have the best LING experience with us. Booking an appointment with us signifies that you understand and are willing to adhere to these policies. Please read through our policies thoroughly as they are prone to changes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the high volume of appointments that we receive, we strictly enforce a 24-hour Cancellation Policy as well as a No Show Policy. We request a credit card on file in order to reserve the appointment, and cancellations within 24-hours before the appointment. If the appointment isn't canceled within 24-hours or it is a No Show appointments will result in an automatic $150 charge that can not be redeemable for credit. Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep, reschedule or cancel your appointment.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

 All services (including spa packages) purchased and completed, are final and non-refundable. Services can be changed prior to/ during service, with consideration of time constraints. Products may be returned, refunded, and/or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Gift certificate sales are final.
